Good Day Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Manager to lead our growing compounding pharmacy in Fort Collins. If you have a strong clinical foundation, an eye for detail, and you're ready to practice at the top of your license, we'll teach you the rest.

The work itself

Our compounding pharmacy creates customized medication solutions when traditional dispensing can't. A flavored suspension for a child who can't swallow tablets. A discontinued formulation a provider still needs. A dosage form a pet will actually take. This is pharmacy where your knowledge directly changes a patient's outcome — and where you collaborate with providers as a clinical partner, not a dispensing endpoint.As Pharmacist-in-Charge, you'll lead pharmacy operations and serve as the clinical resource for providers, patients, and your team. You'll review and validate compounded prescriptions and formulations, ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards, counsel patients, mentor your compounding technicians, and manage inventory and vendor relationships.

 

What we're looking for

Required

• Active Colorado pharmacist license in good standing

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and provider relationship-building

• Genuine interest in patient care and clinical problem-solving

• Leadership experience or clear leadership potential
   

Preferred

• Non-sterile compounding experience

• Pharmacist-in-Charge or pharmacy management experience

• Experience reviewing formulations and customized therapies

• Community pharmacy experience
   

New graduates and seasoned pharmacists are both encouraged to apply. Compounding experience is a plus, not a requirement — we're glad to train the right person.

Pay: $134,810.00 - $145,860.00 per year
