Delivery Schedule: Deliveries leave our Johnstown location throughout the day, Monday through Saturday. While we allocate a primary delivery run to each community, we understand that you may have questions about your specific delivery times. Please don't hesitate to call the pharmacy if you need clarification or have any concerns regarding your deliveries.
Saturday Evening Deliveries: Saturday evening deliveries consist of new orders and leave the pharmacy at 4 pm. To ensure your orders are included in the Saturday evening delivery, please fax new orders by 3 pm. If a new order is faxed late in the day or if a refill is needed on a Saturday evening, we recommend calling our pharmacy to speak with a staff member for assistance.
Efficiency and Flexibility: Our specific delivery routes are designed for optimal efficiency and prompt delivery. However, it's important to note that an urgent need for a community may preempt a delivery route, which can occasionally result in medications not arriving at the same time each day. If your community receives medications through overnighting services, here are some important details to keep in mind:
Delivery Pickup: Monday through Friday, all deliveries are picked up at our Johnstown location by the overnighting service no later than 5 pm. To ensure your orders are included in the next-day delivery, please fax new orders by 4 pm.
Delivery Timing: In most cases, deliveries will be received the following day at a time determined by either UPS or FedEx. Rest assured that all communities receiving overnighted medications have supportive services in place for emergencies or same-day needs.
