Transitioning pharmacy services for a long-term care community can be daunting. But at Good Day Pharmacy, we’ve made it our mission to ensure the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible for everyone involved—staff, residents, and their loved ones.

How We Support You
Good Day Pharmacy is here to assist you every step of the way. From gathering required paperwork to ensuring accurate and consistent medication administration, we’ve got you covered. Here’s what we offer:
Onboarding Success Guide: We provide a comprehensive set of resources to help you transition smoothly. This includes Pharmacy Agreements, Pharmacy Payment Forms, Policy and Procedure Manuals, and more.
Dedicated Assistance: We’ll help gather all necessary paperwork, such as resident lists, face sheets, and physician’s orders.
eMAR Integration: We work directly with your eMAR vendor to coordinate the transition of pharmacy services seamlessly.
Prescription Management: While we won't fill orders until your actual pharmacy start date, we use the orders you submit to ensure the MAR is accurate and ready to go from day one.
Getting Started
To begin the transition, all you need to do is:
Provide a complete resident list, indicating whether Good Day Pharmacy will serve as the primary or emergency (backup) pharmacy.
Submit completed and signed pharmacy agreements, resident face sheets, pharmacy payment forms, and the most recent signed physician’s orders.
Notify your eMAR vendor of your pharmacy change.
Send all prescription orders to Good Day Pharmacy for MAR purposes before the start date. We’ll use these orders to ensure everything is accurate and consistent before services officially begin.
