What You’ll Do

• Take the lead as Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring smooth operations and regulatory excellence

• Build and mentor a strong, motivated pharmacy team

• Deliver exceptional patient care and clinical consultations

• Manage workflow, inventory, and vendor relationships

• Champion a clean, professional, and organized pharmacy

• Play an active role in process improvement and team development

 

What We’re Looking For

• A licensed pharmacist in good standing in Colorado

• Leadership experience in a retail pharmacy setting (management experience preferred)

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment

• A strong communicator and confident problem-solver

• A leader who inspires, empowers, and brings a little spark to every shift
