Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. This fully in-person role will support our CFO and leadership team by managing accounts receivable, reconciliation, reporting, and financial analysis. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, driving process improvements, and ensuring healthy AR performance.
Compensation

Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000/year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer, payer, and vendor accounts with accuracy and accountability.

Post and reconcile payments using Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.

Generate weekly AR aging and financial reports for leadership.

Collaborate with operations, sales, and pharmacy teams to resolve billing issues.

Support month-end and year-end close processes.

Monitor and maintain Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) goals with regular reporting and strategies for improvement.

Participate in weekly 1:1 meetings with the CFO to review current tasks, projects, and department updates.

Engage in an annual performance review during the work anniversary month.
Education & Experience Requirements

Required: Associate’s degree (2-year) in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or similar accounting software.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reconciliations, pivot tables, formulas).
Preferred Industry Knowledge

Healthcare accounts receivable, medical billing, or pharmacy/insurance claims experience.

Familiarity with pharmacy systems (PioneerRx, QS1) and payment platforms (PayPal, Stripe).
